By accessing or using Bahali (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal working age in your jurisdiction) to create an account and apply for jobs. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, up‑to‑date information and to update it promptly if it changes.
4. Job Listings & Applications
Bahali is a platform connecting job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, the availability of any position, or the outcome of your applications. Employers are solely responsible for their own hiring decisions.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: submitting false or misleading information, posting spam or malicious content, interfering with the Platform’s operation, or violating any applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality on Bahali are the exclusive property of Bahali or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bahali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material updates.
